Having lived here for 5 years i've loved the location with easy access to town whether on foot, by bicycle or bus. Its also so easy to get out onto the downs.

I've had many happy hours enjoying the garden-its an absolute sun-trap, I had the log burner put in a few years ago which has made for many cosy nights in the winter.

I'm moving due to work commitments but I know the next owners will love it here.
