Property description

Are you looking for a city apartment with a sensational sea view and unique lifestyle? Then look no further! This apartment is set in an iconic 1930's building in a prominent position on the seafront. The location means you can peruse the beautifully maintained gardens at your leisure or take a stroll through East Brighton Park within minutes. The entrance hall sets the spacious scene with plenty of room for coats and shoes or somewhere to hang your hat. A real sense of space is felt which is sometimes lacking in other apartments. The exceptional lounge /diner has plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax in addition to the balcony offering even more space. The perfect venue to admire the sea view while sipping your morning coffee. Let alone the second enclosed balcony for that well deserved glass of wine watching the sun set! The majestic Brighton seafront is only a short stroll away and cosmopolitan Kemp Town with its array of bars and restaurants is also close by. There are easy transport links to the city centre and Brighton mainline station. If you like to venture further, there are some fabulous walks for ramblers and dog owners alike and afterwards you could stroll to the Marina for a relaxing meal with friends. Virtually everything is taken care of by the superb managing agents like the 24 hour security, your heating and hot water all fantastic inclusions from the yearly service charge. Whether it be that sunny seaside pad to retreat to or downsizing this could be the perfect home for you.

What the Owner says:
When we came to view the apartment we were immediately taken by the amount of space on offer. It is so much bigger than other ones we had looked at with the same price in the marina. The views are the cherry on top and we can waste hours just gazing.
We travel a lot and absolutely love just how secure the block is. On call porter and 24 hour security is a god send. In addition to this we have secure parking for us and our guests. Not having to worry about the gardens is also a relief and makes our lives so much easier. Its been a real pleasure to live here and know who ever buys it will enjoy it too.
