We have found living here incredibly convenient. We have changed the house to suit our family requirements.
The local primary & secondary schools are within walking distance. We are on a bus route too. The entrance to the Forest Way is opposite our house and this is a great stroll in to Forest Row or East Grinstead.
Ashurst Wood itself has a few shops within walking distance.
We have covered over the wooden flooring as well as the fireplace in the lounge but these have the potential to be revealed by the next owner.
