Strachur is a delightful coastal village within Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. The village has its own Post Office, shop and café, petrol station, doctor's surgery, Community Hall and Sports Area. Strachur also has primary school with secondary school in Dunoon. There are numerous places for fine dining nearby including Inver Restaurant, The Greggans and a short drive away is Loch Fyne Oysters Glasgow is approximately 60 miles by car via Loch Lomand or you could travel approximately 20 miles to Dunoon and travel on one of the frequent ferry crossing. From Dunoon town centre you can travel from the Argyll Ferry Terminal which offers a passenger only service to Gourock and a train link to Glasgow Central Station or you can travel by car on Western Ferries service between Hunters Quay and McInroys Point, Gourock. Dunoon town centre offers various amenities including two supermarkets, cinema, two modern leisure centres, primary and secondary schools and a variety of individual shops, numerous sporting activities, restaurants and bars.

The property is within small development called Letters Way (Mid Letters) and is situated on the right hand side. There are a set of stairs leading up the side of the driveway to a slabbed pathway.

Entrance
The door at the left hand side of the property leads into the kitchen which is fitted with floor and wall units with stainless steel sink unit. The kitchen has a large storage cupboard with sliding doors. The kitchen provides access to the lounge and hallway.

Lounge
The Lounge is split over two levels. The upper area is accessed from the kitchen and has a window to the front of property with a set of two steps to the lower level. The lower lever has windows to the front and side providing natural light. There is a partition dividing the upper and lower level with a brick built fire surround with storage space to each side. There are opaque glass panels and door leading from the lower level to the hallway.

Hallway
Main entrance door to the property is from the right hand side of the building into the L shaped hallway which again is set over two levels. The lower level has two large shelved storage cupboards one which houses the gas central heating boiler and electricity mains board for the property. There is a set of two steps to the upper level of the hallway. The upper hallway has another large storage cupboard and provides access to bathroom and bedrooms. There is also a hatch to enter the loft space.

Bathroom
The bathroom has an opaque window to the side of the building and is partially tiled with white three piece suite.

This bedroom is to the side of the property with built in wardrobe.

The garden area for this property is laid mainly to lawn with large trees and slabbed pathway leading round the entire property and the driveway has been concreted.
