We bought this flat 6 years ago as we fell in love with the space if offered and the location. It had decent room sizes and we liked the fact it had communal gardens and parking. The location is just so easy for everything. In minutes we can be in the town centre or on the train to London.

Since owning it, we have done a quite a lot of work. We replaced the bathroom and have re-decorated every room.

The only reason we are selling is due to our family expanding and the need for more space. We will miss the convenience of living somewhere so central though.
