We bought this park home around 20 years ago to be closer to our daughter.

I liked the fact it is located at the end of a cul de sac and the size and space that it offered as it was larger than many others we viewed. In the last 5 years I have had a new boiler, bathroom and shower room installed.

My daughter has now moved so I am looking to buy a retirement flat closer to where she now lives.

We have absolutely loved living on picturesque Box Hill and hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we did!
