We have lived here from new and we have absolutely loved it, we must say we really have, when we were looking we thought a new build was not for us but we came to have a look and fell in love. The room sizes, the location the spec is just perfect, the reason we are moving is because its time for us to now retire and we are moving to Wales.
Being in the middle of Emsworth village and Havant town has been lovely and of course being a short walk to the train station and a short drive to the A27/A3 is ideal you could not ask for a better location.
Not only have we loved the property and location but all the properties are well kept.
