Property description
*Viewing Highly advised to appreciate this deceptively spacious, four double bedroom property.*
This well positioned, deceptively spacious and bright detached family chalet bungalow with four double bedrooms, two large reception rooms is the perfect space for families. Just south of Dyke Road this home is located in one of the City's most prestigious locations and offers sea views from the rooms at the front of the property and from the back garden.
This home comes with a large rear garden with a pleasant paved patio area which is the perfect place to entertain friends and family. There is a lovely summer house at the end of the garden which is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. There is also a garage and plenty of room for several cars on the long driveway.
Hove Park is not too far away and you will find some fantastic schools in the local area. Getting in and out of the City via the A23/A27 really is a breeze from this location.
The accommodation is vast and versatile and the owners have had plans drawn up to change the property as many of the neighbors have undergone such transformations. There are few restrictions in this area as this property falls outside the conservation restrictions.
What the owner says
This has been a really happy home for us. The children have grown up here, surrounded by friends; the neighbors are fantastic; the transport links and schools are excellent, and you can walk into town, the beach or the park. I walk to Hove train station in 12/15 minutes (2,242 steps!) or there is a door to door bus route via the 21. You are a 10 minute drive away from the South Downs and a variety of scenic country walks and cycle routes. This really is a fantastic area to live if you love the buzz of a city whilst being able to enjoy the tranquility of your own spacious back garden. If you have a dog or thinking of getting one well, this is the ideal place to be!
