Condition of Sale

It will be a condition of the sale that some of the development will have height restriction in place, allowing construction of single story properties only. There is also a reserved pedestrian right of access along the path located within the development.

Travel Directions

Travelling on A82 at Tarbet take the A83 heading south-west for around 12.5 miles. Take the turning left onto A815 for around 10 miles. When entering Strachur take the right turning onto the A886 and the development land is located around 0.5 miles along this road on the left hand side.
