Property description

This is your chance to be right in the heart of ‘true’ Brighton. Located directly opposite St Peter’s Church (or Brighton’s Cathedral) you’ll immediately feel part of the Victorian history that comes with living here.

This split level two bedroom apartment is arranged over the top two floors of this characterful property so there’s no one above to disturb you which is great news, a rare treat for you city slickers!

This period home is not a “square box” like many other flats, with tall ceilings and loads of space there is room here for everyone to spread out. Sloping ceilings are not an issue in this conversion, so you six footers shouldn’t need to duck! There are so many period features, from the sash bay windows to the picture rails and the stripped wooden flooring, you can’t help but fall in love with the details here. The large kitchen tends to be at the heart of many homes and this one is no exception, you can sit at the table while one of you is preparing dinner, while you catch up on the day’s gossip.

St Peter’s Church forms the backdrop through those lovely sash window and when you want to enjoy some sunshine just take a short stroll down to The Level with your blanket and soak up some rays. The station is about 10 minutes walk away and if you fancy a dip, the beach is close by too, this location offers city living at it’s best!

So if it’s a first time buy, buy to let or maybe a ‘bolt-hole’ this really will be a home to be proud of, call us now to book that all important viewing.

What the Owner says:
We have had our apartment for a few years now and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the reason we both knew it was for us when we first saw it was the size and location.
Being two brothers we wanted something that was big enough to share and not feel that we were compromising on space, this certainly fits the bill. The town centre is just a short walk away and one of us commutes, so uses the station regularly, it’s so easy here we feel quite spoilt!
We will be sad to go but our lives are changing and it’s all very exciting a new chapter is just round the corner, we hope that the new owners will be as happy as we have been here.
