An attractive paved patio area facing south west and with granite boundary walls topped by railings across the front boundary. Being south west facing it gets plenty of sunshine and it is easy to maintain with ample sitting space and space for a barbecue. There is an exterior light, a gas cylinder store, a garden equipment store and two granite steps up to the courtyard.

Go to the top of the Square and turn left into High Street passing the Three Crowns and the Globe and then turning left and then next left into Westcott Lane. Follow the lane for about 0.9 miles and after a 90 degree right hand bend you will pass alongside the back walls of three of the barns at Great Weeke. There are tall wooden gates just beyond the barns on the right and this is the entrance to the private courtyard. Upon entering the courtyard there are three terraced barns on the right and Maple Cottage is the middle one.
