When we viewed this house 15 years ago it really was the one-off property we were looking for. It offered the space and land we wanted, but also the enormous workshop which has proved invaluable.

At one point we had two families, plus Dad, living here in comfort, but now there is just one plus Dad, who has his own ground floor living space, bedroom and shower room.

We have enjoyed the rural feel of the property and the large natural pond in the garden is a nice place to sit and watch the fish and other wildlife that come to visit. We are now looking to relocate out of the area which is why we are offering our home for sale.
