Property description

Enjoy fine views of the surrounding area from the sunny back garden or patio area. There are even sea views to remind you how near you are to Brighton city centre- but without the associated noise and bustle.

Pulling up onto the driveway you’re reminded of the space you’ve got here with a front garden and hedge shielding you from the road and the extra potential to extend into the loft (subject to planning permission).

There is useful side access to the main house where the spacious kitchen area leads through to the lounge and dining area. You’ll enjoy the fine far reaching views and may wish to enjoy a morning coffee whilst relaxing out on the terrace before heading off for the day. Families will embrace the sunny aspect of the garden and there’s space for energetic sports or for the dog/cat to stretch its paws and a wonderful Koi pond at the rear of the garden.

Upstairs the property is also light and there is space for all the family, there are some really lovely room sizes and built-in storage. You will certainly feel very villagey and you must remember you are in fantastic Westdene. Even the third bedroom has lots of storage, currently being used as an office but would make a perfect study area or kids bedroom. There is even potential to extend, subject to planning permission, perhaps to the rear or side of the property.

What the Owner says:
I have loved the peace of living here in what feels like the country, whilst being only a short journey into the centre of town and the beach.

It has been a great family home with easy access to schools and the commuter links. We really have loved this house and will miss it greatly but the time has come to move.

The views and the open space have added to make it a great place to live, as well as easy parking and lovely neighbours.
