Property description

This charming detached home is ideal for growing families and has plenty to offer those looking for their next family home.

Set back from the road, the property has wonderful kerb appeal and a great driveway with room for several cars, which leads to a handy and sought after garage, perfect for that all important storage every family needs.

Inside the home it is light and airy and benefits from generous size rooms throughout. The bedrooms are all good size doubles, bathed in natural light from large windows. Space is a vital aspect in every family home and you are certainly not short of it here. A large bright lounge that leads onto the sunny conservatory overlooking the garden, is complimented by an equally large kitchen.

You also have the added bonus of a separate dining area, perfect for the family to gather at meal times and easily big enough for everyone to gather round the table over Christmas.

The garden is a fantastic space to enjoy, quiet and enjoying sun throughout the entire day, thanks to the southerly aspect. It is a great space for all the family to enjoy and even offers lovely views out towards the downs and sea in the distance.

This wonderful property has great potential and will surely make a fantastic home for a family to enjoy for many years to come.

What the Owner says:
I have owned my lovely home for a number of years now and it has provided the perfect setting to raise my children in.

The garden is a wonderful space to enjoy and it really does get the sun throughout the day. I also love the face that I can see the sea in the distance.

The versatility the living space has to offer has been great for the family over the years and has meant that we have never been short of space to utilise.

I shall be sad to leave my home, but know that the time is right now to make the move to downsize and taken on a new challenge with my new home.
