Property description

Being owned by the same family for many years, the simple composition of a lounge, separate dining area and a kitchen make for a comfortable start here, as you gradually put your own stamp on this house to make it a home.

Venture upstairs to find three double bedrooms and a shower room. Two of which have built-in storage options, leaving the choice of bringing your own wardrobes completely up to you. Loft access is available from the landing, adding to your storage availability.

The rear garden is a great size without being enormous and is a bit of a sun trap – the perfect place to enjoy the barbecue on a hot summer's day! To the front there is a tiered garden but with the potential of creating off road parking with a hard standing like the neighbours have done.

The A27 and A23 are only a couple of minutes’ drive away giving this a great location for commuters, but if you don’t drive, don’t fret! The house sits on the local bus routes, whisking you off to Churchill Square and other parts of Brighton.

All in all a great house in a great residential area – this one is not to miss out on.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

As a family, we have lived here for over 65 years and have thoroughly enjoyed living here.
