Property description

Purchasing this property with A lifetime lease

This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise’s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property’s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

For more information or a personalised quote, just give us a call. Alternatively, if you are under 60 or would like to purchase this property without a Home for Life Plan at its full market price of £450,000, please contact Cubitt & West.

Property description

This simply stunning family home has to be seen to be fully appreciated. The large off street parking area and beautifully rendered outside walls give you a taste of the wow factor that awaits you on arrival.

If you are looking for a home designed for family living, then this property is certainly perfect for you. Beautifully finished by the present owners, each room has been expertly designed to maximise the space available, and ensure that they are filled with natural light.

The choice of three double bedrooms and the benefit of a family bathroom and separate shower room, means guests will have their own facilities to make use of.

The jewel in the crown of this wonderful home is the fantastic kitchen/diner area, a spacious and relaxing room that naturally flows into the lounge area. This is a room that is tailor made for friends and family to gather in.

The large 'French' doors lead out into the rear garden, which have been carefully divided into a great children's play area, with further lawned areas for parents to relax in.

Finally, for those of you with a hobby that requires a workshop or that bit of extra storage, you will be able to enjoy the double garage, with a further brick built shed and log cabin! This wonderful home will suit a number of buyers, so we recommend arranging a viewing soon to avoid disappointment.

What the Owner says:
When we bought our home several years ago, it certainly looked different to what we are able to enjoy today. It has taken quiet a while to get our home to the way that we want it, but we have enjoyed it for some time now, so we can certainly say it was worth all the effort.

The views of the downland surrounding us are really great and we have enjoyed many walks over the years with our dog.

As with everything in life now is time for a change and we feel the time is right to move on. We would like to find a different challenge and do so knowing that the next owner of this home, will be getting a property that they can enjoy for many years to come.
