Property description

Purchasing this property with A lifetime lease

This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise’s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property’s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

For more information or a personalised quote, just give us a call. Alternatively, if you are under 60 or would like to purchase this property without a Home for Life Plan at its full market price of £260,000, please contact Cubitt & West.

Property description

This lovely home would be perfect for first and second time buyers but may also appeal to investors and downsizers. You will look forward to peace and tranquillity as it is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off Cedar Drive.

As you arrive you will notice that there is allocated parking with a further space located round to the right hand side of the property. The front door opens into an entrance porch where you can remove shoes before walking into the spacious lounge. You will have no trouble arranging your furniture to suit. The kitchen offers an extensive range of wall and floor units and is a generous size so you can explore your inner chef with ease. The kitchen flows nicely through to a light and airy conservatory making it ideal for when you have friends and family to visit. On the first floor there are two bedrooms which are serviced by a well equipped bathroom where you can relax after a long day.

The garden offers a good degree of privacy.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:
I was living in Timber Mill and looking for somewhere to live which was a bit bigger and I wanted a quiet location. When I came to see this one I immediately liked the quiet feel of the cul-de-sac and liked the amount of parking that it offered. Internally the space worked very well for me.

I have decided to rent a larger house with my brother and will be very sad to go.
