'I love that my home feels very spacious with high ceilings and good sized square rooms. Square rooms are more accommodating to large furniture, and the fact they are all large doubles makes it even better! All the bedrooms come off a large square landing, which can be used as a study if need be. I love having a large dining room for entertaining and this room is sizeable enough to use as a family room as the kitchen can comfortably fit a table for eight. I often sit here in a comfy chair reading, looking onto the west facing sunny garden. The kitchen has access to the single garage, which currently doubles up as a utility room which is a must for me. Finally, when I purchased this house it was from a high quality builder, meaning my home has a high specification. It is also on a quiet estate of 18 houses, meaning it is nice and quiet'
