The Location

Beech Court, so named because of the beautiful beech tree in the back garden, is a small, purpose built block of 7 flats whose design mirrors the style of the large victorian houses around it. Located on Wood Vale, which was once a wooded valley, it offers a wonderful sense of space and the many trees attract an array of birds and other wildlife affording a much needed refuge from the busy, hectic London life.

Should you want a bit more space there are 4 other lovely parks nearby. Horniman Gardens is the nearest. There is an anthropological museum, a cafe, a farmers market on
Saturday morning and it affords views of the city, photos of which we have included. It has attracted a series of quiet residents which we have always appreciated.

Situated between Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill stations, both about 10 mins walk, connecting you to the train and overground networks, and there are 6 useful bus routes within walking distance.
Close to a wide variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as our own cinema, and are well served for supermarkets, schools and leisure centres.
All the furniture has been made or bought specifically to fit this flat and with the exception of one or two pieces we would happy to include it in the sale price if desired.
