Build started 1989 by John Deblin Marine in Bristol to be used as a dive boat. Original design was for a tsdy survey vessel (original drawings are available). Purchased in 1989 as an unfinished project.

1995 / 96 – In dry dock for 5 months. Extensive works carried out. Professional welding, sand blasted, Jotun paint system. Survey completed and all good for conversion and use as a houseboat.

2001 / 2005 / 2010 – Out of water for thorough maintenance. Bottom cleaned and 2 coats of ballastic black, new anodes and repainting.

2016 - The boat has been thoroughly cleaned, fully maintained and had a professional repainting at the end of September 2016.
