Owner's Comments

"Parkstone Avenue has been a fantastic place to live with our two children. It is a quiet road in a brilliant location, a short walk from both Penn Hill and Ashley Cross, Parkstone station and catchment schools Courthill and Baden Powell, which both have excellent reputations. You are also close to beautiful sandy beaches. The house was renovated by the previous owner to a incredibly high standard and we have taken great care to keep it in an excellent condition. The garden is secure and level - perfect for children - and we have enjoyed adding many beautiful plants and a strawberry patch! We need to relocate for work purposes, and hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have."

From Parkstone train station, turn right and head east on Station Road, continuing onto Osborne Road and Kingsbridge Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Kingsbridge Road which then becomes Woodside Road. Turn left onto St. Osmunds Road and turn right onto Parkstone Avenue and the property will be on the left. The journey is approximately 0.6 miles.

A beautifully presented 1920's family home, offered for sale in excellent order throughout. Having been completely renovated in 2009 with a contemporary interior, demand will be high for this irresistible home. Accommodation is spacious, letting in lots of natural light & comprises a cosy lounge with solid fuel burner, open plan dining area that leads onto the impressive oak kitchen with integral 'Neff' appliances and a downstairs shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find three generous double bedrooms and a contemporary style family bathroom. Amongst other noteworthy features are a charming rear garden, large enough for any growing family, a detached garage with power & light & off road parking, ideal for several vehicles.
