From our office in Newtown proceed on the A489 and after approximately 6 miles immediately before the level crossing turn right into A470 signposted Caersws. Proceed for a short distance to Caersws and on entering the village continue over the bridge and the plot is located immediately on the left hand side indicated by the agents For Sale Board.
