We had been looking for the Home of our dreams for a considerable time but knew immediately that we had found it from our first viewing. Each morning I wake to spectacular panoramic views of the estuary and country park. I feel like I am on holiday everyday. It's one of the best things about living here. The sunsets are stunning, the tranquil location is amazing. We have entertained many friends and family who enjoy being part of this holiday vibe. We will miss everything about this glorious house when we move on but are happy in the knowledge that the next family will love it just as much.

Notes On The Area

The Garrison is situated overlooking a delightfully peaceful beach front. There are numerous children's facilities including two parks, open fields, tennis courts, basketball court and skate park. Every summer cricket is played on its picturesque tree lined pitch. It is a prime location for many water sports including a great area for kite and windsurfing, sailing and paddle boarding. The Garrison has a contemporary new primary school, Hinguar, that parents clamour to gain entry to and boasts the best Sat results for 2017 in South Essex. There are also superb grammar, private and senior schools within easy catchment. There are many beautiful coastal walks and family cycle routes which are available right from the doorstep. The bustling village Thorpe Bay offers various amenities and beach front restaurants and hotels. Waitrose supermarket is a short drive away.
