Directions
From the A30 Victoria junction/Cornwall Services, drive through the village of Victoria in a westerly direction, almost parallel to the A30. At the cross-roads before the low railway bridge, turn right, signposted B3274 Padstow and Tregonetha. Proceed over the A30 and after 1.6 miles turn right, signposted Kernick ¾ of a mile. Continue on this road to the village of St Wenn. Drive through the village, keeping the school on your right hand side. Continue for another 0.6 of a mile, and the entrance drive will be found on the left hand side. Proceed down the drive and the property is on the right at the end of the driveway.

Location

The village of St Wenn, is located nearby, which has its own primary schools, places of worship and a cluster of houses around the middle of the hamlet and forms the centre of a very large agricultural parish. The surrounding countryside is mainly undulating with the river Ruthern bisecting St Wenn from St Breock Downs to the north and flowing to the river Camel.
