Orchardhouse-owner'sstory "We had bought the land some years before which gave us some time to carefully consider what we wanted from our home; we wanted a home for three generations of our family which had to afford privacy for a young family and the older generation.
The architect we employed came up with the novel solution of the main house and the annex being connected by what we know as the gallery. The annex is essentially two living spaces with one on each floor.
We love the large garden which gave a space for our son to play and we have had many garden parties. Recently we have planted trees to start create to recreate the orchard.
We have had 28 happy years here but now it is time to leave and allow another family to 'take the reins' and put their own stamp on it to make it their home"
