When I lived here I loved the central location. It was incredibly easy to pop to the Broadway for a coffee or a spot of lunch with friends and with the local Co-op nearby shopping could not be easier.
By train the theatre, the museums and places of historic interest are only a short ride away and Westfield in Stratford can be reached within thirty minutes by car.
As an investment this was also a very good property for me as I found prospective tenants queuing to be this close to the station. Recently I have refurbished the whole flat and I am offering it chain free.
