When I first saw this property what appealed most was the fact that it felt so secluded, even though we are close to the school and with a walk to the station that takes me just seven minutes. The house isn’t overlooked, so when I get home in the evening I can shut the front door and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The house needed some work when we moved in, but we have added double glazing upstairs, re-wired and installed Hive heating control which saves a lot of money. There is lots of potential to extend, subject to the necessary consents being obtained, for which we have architect's drawings..
