Cavendish Place has the obvious benefit of being on a no through road so although the apartment is about 100 metres from the sea there is no passing traffic and peace.

The ground floor accommodation is spacious and flows well. From the front door there is a nice spacious hallway, plenty of room for coat hangers and shoe cupboards, this apartment does benefit from fantastic storage. Leading off the long hallway there is the 2 double bedrooms, both a good size and both with great storage. The owners have done a fantastic job with the modern bathroom, its finished to a fantastic standard. One of the most unique things we have ever seen however is the non working well in the bathroom, it really adds to the character to the apartment. The modern kitchen is finished to a superb standard and flows well into the lounge. The bright living room is helped by the large west facing windows which allow plenty of light in, we love the fact it leads to a lovely west facing outside space considering you are in the centre of Brighton.

Outside, the rear patio is west facing and leads from the living room, there is plenty of space for a table and chairs for an evening barbecue.

Overall Cavendish Place a superb apartment, whether its for investment, a young couple or people looking to downsize, the finish of the apartment along with the fantastic location is one to not miss out on.
