This beautiful family home is located in a quiet turning just off Whitehall Road. Schools in the vicinity are highly regarded and range from Independent to Faith and State. Commuters can either walk or hop on a bus to Chingford Station, (trains run every twenty minutes). Or Woodford Station. The current owners have created a stylish and modern home and decorated throughout so that the new owners can just move in, relax and enjoy themselves. The kitchen/diner serves as the heart of the home where many a family meal can be cooked and enjoyed. The view from the window offers extensive views over the forestry to the rear so that throughout the seasons it really is picture perfect. The large lounge really does have the 'wow' factor and whether its relaxing as a family at the end of the day or hosting larger family celebrations and parties, you can see that this room would be superb for either. The garage was converted to create a second reception space, so whether it's an office or children's play room, it provides some versatility to the ground floor. There is a utility room and a ground floor shower room, handy for any families busy lifestyle. To the first floor there are four good size bedrooms with an en-suite to compliment the first bedroom and a family bathroom create a balance of accommodation so this could certainty suit an established family. The rear garden has been improved and maintained incredibly well by the owners. A decked area stretches across the rear of the house complete with glass panelling, so that the view of the garden is unspoilt.
What the Owner says:
We have had twelve fantastic years living here, this is a friendly neighbourhood and quiet road which only really gets used by the habitants and their visitors. Over the years we have decorated from top to toe. We initially fell in love with the house due to the fantastic views to the rear as it never fails to put a smile on our faces. As our children have grown up we have accommodated all the extended family over Christmas time and birthday celebrations. The size of the house means that everyone can come together and celebrate. We have decided it is time to get a smaller property now, but I hope someone falls in love with this house the same way we did.
