This has been our family home for 25 years. It's a house which feels generous; it has given us sunlight and space to make the most of our lives and has been open to change as we have grown and developed. We will always remember family meals and summer parties, filling the house and garden with people.
It's been a great place to bring up a family, with a quiet road without through traffic, good local shops, restaurants, leisure and entertainment venues. It's also quick and easy to get up to town, with a seat on the tube or Thames Link train.
The rooms are large and well proportioned with high ceilings and big windows. In particular we love our south facing living room with its wood burning stove and beautiful ceiling mouldings. We also really enjoy the new bathroom which was refurbished 18 months ago, with its luxurious bath and walk in shower. There is plenty of storage space, with a massive loft and an extremely useful, dry cellar. A handy side entrance takes you straight through to the garden of approximately 80'. It has a big paved patio to the side and back of the house - for three seasons of the year this becomes an extra room and a great place to have breakfast with the birds singing around you.

We have solar panels on the roof which bring in on average, £100 per month.
