When looking for our family home it was really important to have great transport links onto the Thanet Way and for good schools to be close by.

We were really pleased when we viewed this house as there was loads of space for the family to grow into and the double garage was a real bonus. On top of this we have parking for another 2 cars (great for when family and friends come to visit). Going to work in the morning is so easy as along with joining the Thanet Way within 3 minutes the en-suite also gives us the luxury of extra time.
Weekends seems to take a long time to come around but when they finally do, the beach is 15 minutes walk away. If we don't fancy what is in the fridge we can pick up picnic items from either M&S or Aldi on our way.
