We have lived here for several years and have really enjoyed the space this home offers for family living. The area is lovely and quiet, perfect for children playing outside. There is also a park just a few minutes walk away and plenty of woodlands to walk the dogs. With Epping High Street just a 10-15 minute stroll away, this is a perfect location.

The rear garden is landscaped and we have recently added a new patio, astro turf and a handy self watering system, making the garden easy to maintain.

We are now looking to locate out of the area to a more rural location but will be sad to leave what has been a very happy and enjoyable home.
