Property description

Situated on the Brighton & Hove border, this stylish home offers the very best of all that's great about our wonderful city.

Swing to the left into commercial Brighton for fabulous shopping and tourist attractions, or right into upmarket Hove with its boutique shops, delis, patisseries, fine dining restaurants and trendy bars.

The beach, promenade and the famous Hove lawns are also at the foot of the road, making this location quite enviable and highly sought after.

The apartment - Wow! Situated on the first floor, the layout gives you open plan living and kitchen space. Whilst at the other end of the property off from the internal hallway the bedroom space. Making this ideal to keep the entertaining space away from where you want to escape into peace and quiet surroundings.

All in all this is a wonderful home, immaculate in presentation. It just requires the new owner to move in, unpack and enjoy your new surroundings.

Whether up or downsizing, adding to your rental portfolio, joining the property ladder or lucky enough to be seeking a weekend apartment by the sea, you've just hit the jackpot.

What the Owner says:
We have lived in Brighton and Hove for many years, and we have absolutely loved the last few years in this flat, our perfect first place together.

As well as being so close to the seafront and Hove Lawns, there’s a great local pub serving pizza around the corner, the best coffee shop is over the road, and the flat itself is great for entertaining: Everyone can get to us easily with all the bus routes dropping off on the corner.

It’s a really friendly neighbourhood and we hope the new owners will love living here as much as we have.
