This is a classic, superbly situated traditional smallholding with around 13 acres of land, together with a useful range of outbuildings to include a lovely stone barn ripe for conversion (subject to any consents required). In the house there is a kitchen, utility, inside workshop, dining room, lounge, on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a small boxroom / study and a bathroom. The house is situated centrally in its own land for maximum privacy and there is a lovely (albeit a bit overgrown) wildlife pond area with a river boundary. Lots of potential here !
