Leave Harrogate town centre via Parliament Street and at the traffic lights continue straight over onto Ripon Road. Continue for approx 1 mile to the roundabout taking the second exit, continuing along Ripon Road, leaving Harrogate. Proceed through the village of Killinghall and at the first roundabout at Ripley take the second exit continuing along the A61. At the following roundabout take the second exit onto the B615 signposted Pateley Bridge. After approx one mile at the Burnt Yates crossroads, turn right onto Pye Lane and the property will be found on the right hand side.
