This small scenic park sits minutes from a beautiful sandy bay and is a real hidden gem. Enviably located in a picturesque valley just 5 minutes from historic Tintagel, the fabled birthplace of King Arthur, it offers visitors a superb base from which to explore the magnificent North Cornwall coastline.

The land surrounding the park is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there are a host of National Trust properties and hidden villages to visit during your stay.

Set in an elevated position near the top of the park, 8 Bossiney Bay has lovely views across rolling countryside from the raised decking at the front. Enjoy the views whilst relaxing in the included hot tub!

This unit is beautifully presented in immaculate condition. With its large open Lounge/Kitchen/Diner social space, patio doors opening onto the decking and large windows all round, the family can relax and socialise after a hard days exploring everything the North Coast has to offer.

Come bedtime, the two large double rooms offer comfort and relaxation. Both rooms have excellent quality fixtures and fittings with plenty of in-built storage.

The bathroom is very well appointed with a panelled bath, pedestal sink and low level WC. The bath has a power shower over. This chalet also has a separate WC with a pedestal wash hand basin.

Preparing meals is a pleasure in the spacious kitchen area which has various quality wall and base units and a stainless steel sink with mixer tap built in.
There is a four ring gas hob with electric oven under and extractor hood above. Space for a fridge freezer and plumbing for a washing machine completes the space.

This chalet can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people. The condition of this unit makes it a real bargain. Whether you wish to use it strictly for family and friends or as an investment property, you cannot do better than own a property on one of the best holiday parks on the North Coast of Cornwall.
