Property description

Located in the popular residential area of Hollingdean with a great community feel providing the perfect location for a family home being close to local schools.

Nearby are the local shops in ‘The Dip’ and also ‘Fiveways’ is just at the top of the hill which has a wide variety of local businesses. Hollingbury Park and Golf Course, Blakers Park and Preston Park are all nearby providing their recreational facilities and local bus services are close to hand providing access to Brighton city centre and seafront.

This maisonette offers versatile living accommodation and has been well maintained by the current owners, meaning you can literally put down your furniture and unpack your boxes.

The exterior of the building has recently been maintained and repainted and the open plan downstairs living space with doors leading to the garden is the ideal place for entertaining and having friends and family over.

What the Owner says:
We are a family of four and when we moved here just over four years ago we originally had our hearts set on a house.

Having viewed many houses in the area which weren’t quite suitable we decided to come and view this maisonette as a ‘wild card’ and were surprised that it ticked all of our boxes. It offered just as much space as a house in the local area but with double the garden space.

The garden has been such a nice space for our family, we have the trampoline at the end for the girls, an area with sun loungers for summer days and we quite often eat our dinner at the table and chairs on the patio.
