We are a family of four and when we moved here just over four years ago we originally had our hearts set on a house.

Having viewed many houses in the area which weren’t quite suitable we decided to come and view this maisonette as a ‘wild card’ and were surprised that it ticked all of our boxes. It offered just as much space as a house in the local area but with double the garden space.

The garden has been such a nice space for our family, we have the trampoline at the end for the girls, an area with sun loungers for summer days and we quite often eat our dinner at the table and chairs on the patio.
