The superb family home is approached by foot via a walkway from either of two communal parking areas at each end of this row of terraced houses, with the subject property right in the centre. From the walkway there is a short path leading to the front door with lawn on either side and shrubs to give this home a pleasant frontage.
Once through the front door, viewers are brought into a great sized hallway which is currently utilised for cloaks and shoes, whereas it does have potential for a small study area. There is also a door directly in front of the entrance door for a very welcome guest wc, particularly for larger families. Other doors from the hallway give access to the lounge and kitchen, with a staircase to the first floor also from here.
The kitchen comprises of a lovely dark wood suite with spaces for a cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a built in cooker hood extractor fan and stainless steel sink with drainer. There is also a recess where the old warm air heating unit used to be – the house has since been converted to gas central heating by the current owners. To the rear of the kitchen is a doorway through to the dining room which is a fabulous space, large enough to comfortably hold an eight-seater dining table and also having French doors out to the rear garden.
A further opening from the dining room leads through to a fabulous lounge which is very tastefully decorated including a delightful exposed brick feature wall. There is also a stylish fireplace at the centre of the opposite wall with sliding patio doors again out to the garden and a handy storage cupboard underneath the staircase.
Moving upstairs, this home has four bedrooms, two cupboards and the family bathroom from the landing. There are two long single bedrooms flanked either side by two good sized double bedrooms. The master bedroom, the first one encountered from the staircase has a large recess by its entrance for a wardrobe. The family bathroom also has a recess making ample room for a bath with shower over, wash basin, toilet and an extractor fan set into the window. The central heating combi boiler is located in the cupboard nearest the bathroom, with the other cupboard an ideally located storage space.
Finishing outside, the rear garden is low maintenance with the majority of it being slabbed on two levels, with a third level having a gravelled play area. There are shrubs to the left of the garden behind a brick built storage shed. Furthermore, a very large and surprising outdoor storage cupboard is located next to lounge doors, stretching the full length of the house underneath the master bedroom. Finally, there is gated access out to another walkway behind this row of properties making is easier to walk to your vehicle. Nb - room sizes are shown at the bottom of the page.
