Situation:

In a super position in a really most desirable estate where there are very seldom any properties for sale – this tells you something important.

If coming from Denny, head south along Glasgow Road. After about 0.7 miles (from the town centre traffic lights), turn right at the roundabout onto Nethermains Road and then take the first left into Myothil Road. After about 250 metres take the first left into Garvald Road and then take the first left into Solway Drive and keep going right until you come to No.24.

Solway Drive has always been a sought after area. The primary school is within say 10 minutes walk or so, the town centre (with all shops, bakers, medical centres, etc) is about 1.5 miles. Falkirk town is about 5 miles, and there is easy access to motorway/main road system to Glasgow/The South/Cumbernauld/Stirling/ Fife/Edinburgh etc. Pleasing country walking is very near at hand.
