As you drive up to this bungalow you will certainly appreciate the care and attention the current owners have put into making sure this property is immaculately presented.
You will love the large lounge, the perfect place for entertaining, with doors leading to the conservatory via the sitting area.
The chef of the house will enjoy cooking up a storm in this fantastic kitchen/breakfast room. With its granite work-tops and ample storage it will certainly suit the most discerning of chefs! Your guests can be seated at the breakfast bar with a glass in hand while you put the finishing touches to dinner. If you prefer more formal dining then why not use one of the bedrooms as a dining room, as the current owners do.
With 4 double bedrooms and a family bathroom there is plenty of space for a growing family. You'll want to keep the master bedroom for yourself as it has a fabulous en-suite with a double jacuzzi bath, twin sinks and a separate shower. You'll be spoilt for choice as to whether to have a luxurious soak or a wake-up blast in the shower. In warmer months why not throw open the bedroom doors onto the patio and enjoy your morning cup of coffee.
The large garden is a gardener's delight as it has a 0.677 acre plot overlooking fields; perfect if you are green fingered or love to relax and enjoy a barbeque on hot summers days.
With a sauna off bedroom 2 and a separate study, this bungalow has plenty on offer. Plus it has a double garage and ample parking, what more could you possibly want?
What the Owner says:
We bought this bungalow around 8 years ago mainly due to its wonderful semi-rural location, large garden and views over fields. We love the fact that it is private and not overlooked and is within easy reach of both Dorking and Horsham, with a bus stop close by.
Since living here we have had a new kitchen and updated the utility room, added the conservatory, redecorated throughout and had new carpets laid. We will miss the large rooms, especially the kitchen/breakfast room and the lounge, which comes into its own at Christmas when all the family are here.
We are now looking to down-size and hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
