We have lived here sometime and have really enjoyed it. Being close to Emsworth and Chichester has its obvious benefits. We love the close proximity to the local walks and one of the things that drew us to the property was the enclosed rear garden. We really don't want to move but we need more space due to the fact my parents will be living with us. We know that someone will enjoy this property as much as we have.
