In Builth Wells take the A483 west towards Llandovery proceeding out of town there is a light industrial estate on the left hand side after passing the cricket ground, the next sign indicates Irfon Enterprise park, after passing this take the next turning left into Irfon Bridge Road. Proceed up this road to the junction at the end where you take the right hand turn indicated Llanynis.
