The entire boat has been maintained to a high level both internally and externally. Antifouling was done in August 2018. The hull was painted and new anodes were fitted then. It offers spacious and modern accommodation on two levels and has been fully refurbished over the past two years.
This house-boat has unique three-layer insulation applied throughout so it is warm in winter and cool in the summer.

Accommodation comprises of a good size double bedroom, with double bed and built-in storage around.

There are 2 double berths, including a fore cabin with v double-berth and a wheelhouse double-berth sofa-bed.
There is one toilet/shower room with hand basin and a sea loo, bathroom hanging the cabinet, a large wall mirror and storage under the basin. However, we have never used it as a shower room as the marina offers fabulous shower facilities.

The galley/ kitchen offers a comfortable and light living space with a breakfast area (saloon). The saloon has a 32in flat screen TV. The kitchen has a nice work surface area and storage and comes with a fridge, an electric grill, an induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and a stainless-steel built-in microwave-oven. All of the above run on 240W. There is a fully working gas system on the boat if one wishes to convert the kitchen to connect the gas cooker instead.

There are oil heaters throughout the houseboat. All windows have brand new outside canvas covers. There are carpets throughout the boat with an extra new replacement one for the wheelhouse.
There is led lighting installed throughout the boat to reduce electricity costs to the minimum. The lighting works both on 24V 2X leisure batteries and 240V offshore electricity supply.

The outside of the boat, the stern (rear) deck, and the wheelhouse have a pir led lighting system so the lights light up when the movement is detected. The stern deck has canvas covers to protect from rain and wind and it is a dream spot for morning coffee and lunch.

This Princess 33f offers good sized accommodation and will be a lovely home with low ongoing costs. Our Princess is an excellent example of its type and class and makes an extremely comfortable liveaboard if placed on a residential mooring. Viewing is highly recommended.
It is currently moored in Brighton Marina.
