I bought this place 20 years ago which in itself speaks volumes about how happy I have been living here. It's such an amazing location with everything on the doorstep including stations, schools and the town centre. Combine that with all the space on offer and it's easy to see why I have never needed to move!

I have done a great deal of work over the years including the windows and a new kitchen. It's been a brilliant apartment and I have loved every minute of living here, but my circumstances have now changed enabling me to put it up for sale and offer it with no onward chain.
