Location:
Portree is the main administrative centre on the Isle of Skye and is located on the east side of the island, some 45 minutes’ drive north of the Skye Bridge.

Lower Floor: Accessed via concrete steps to the side leading down to a small garden area. Divided into two sections. Sizes: 22’ 5” x 17’ 11” (6.83m x 5.45m) and 22’ 5” x 13’ 0” (6.83m x 3.96m). Adjoining separate irregular shaped shed.

External:
There is off road parking for two vehicles. There is a small garden area to the rear.
