Outline planning application ref. PA17/12165 was approved by Cornwall Council on the 28th November 2018 granting consent for an "Outline application for residential development of up to 9 houses". There is a S106 contribution associated with the above consent requiring a payment of £2,736 (subject to indexation) per open market dwelling towards local Education provision.
