I bought this house around 7 years ago.
I knew straight away that it was the one for me, especially when I saw the views to Box Hill.

It is in a lovely quiet location, which is convenient for the station and Dorking High Street, and there is a real sense of community in the road so I will be sad to leave.

I am now looking to downsize and hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as I have.
