We're in Colden Common to look at a stunning detached home with four bedrooms, in a quiet residential area and a peaceful atmosphere. There's local shop, great schools very close and you're not far from further amenities and facilities in the area. With the M3 to the west running north and south, there are great links to Winchester to the north and Southampton to the south for even more choice.
Our property today is a on a quiet street and from the path, we can see a large paved area bordered by hedges. There's room for three, maybe even four, cars to park here and there's also a run off from the road to the driveway where another vehicle could park as well as street parking. There is a garage down the side of the building, which is currently being used for storage. So, there's a lot of space to make use of.
Step through the front door into the hallway. You'll instantly notice the tiled floors and high ceilings, the latter a common feature throughout this home. The stairs to the first floor are ahead, with a door to the right leading to a front-facing study / family room, which enjoys plenty of light, and the hall continues past the stairs to lead to the living room, kitchen and dining area.
