Purchasing this property with A lifetime lease
This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise´s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property´s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

Greenstead Gardens is considered to be one of the best roads in this area and the position of this property in my opinion is the best on the road. The front of this property faces easterly and the view stretches down the length of the greensward so therefore it benefits from lots of natural sun light in the mornings. The walk to Woodford Central line station is less than five minutes allowing more time to be spent at home with the family. Snakes Lane has an abundance of local shops for your day to day convenience and the Broadway is home to many cafes, restaurants and a bar as well as the local Sainsbury's. Raylodge Primary school currently holds an outstanding rating from Ofsted and is becoming increasingly popular with new and young families moving into the area. The local park at Raylodge with its coffee shop is an ideal place to enjoy time at the weekend with the children. Driveway parking and the addition of the porch afford you all you could need for easy access whatever the weather. The open plan lounge/diner caters well for special occasions and family events. The kitchen has been extended allowing more space to cook up a culinary treat. There is a conservatory which is a relaxing space to spend some time whatever the weather with a colourful view of the rear garden. There is also a cloakroom handy for when you have visitors or guests.
What the Owner says:
Over the years we have come to realise this location is arguably second to none. Within a short walk we can catch the tube for trips into the City whether its dining out or to the theatre. Westfield in Stratford can be reached by train or car. There is also a huge choice of local restaurants if we fancy a meal out. This is a very safe neighbourhood and you don't see a lot of traffic here and the greensward never fails to put a smile on our faces as soon as we walk through the door. We have extended the kitchen and added the conservatory and porch.
