Directions On entering the village of Ringmore, with the church on your right, bear around to the left, following the road towards Challaborough. Just before reaching a sharp left hand bend (with Aymer Cove National Trust Car Park entrance on the right hand side), follow the road around the left hand bend, where the entrance to the land will be on the left hand side.

Situation The land is situated on the edge of the village of Ringmore in the South Hams area of South Devon.

The nearest town of Kingsbridge is 8 miles away while the village of Bigbury is some 2 miles distant.

The A38 dual carriage expressway which connects to the M5 motorway and national road network, is approximately 9 miles to the north.

The popular South Hams coastline and Challaborough beach is only about half a mile away.

Tenders must be submitted to 62 Fore Street, Kingsbridge in an envelope clearly marked 'Land at Ringmore'.

Buyers who wish to submit a tender will be required to sign a legal contract and provide a cheque equivalent to 10% of their offer price, as their tender. If either of these two component parts are not submitted, their tender risks being declined.

A tender which is accepted by the seller will be treated as a binding contract and immediately constitute an exchange of contracts. Legal completion and payment of the balance of the purchase price will follow approximately 28 days later, or in the time frame as set out in the legal pack.
